This only applies to 11-a-side football, not Mini Soccer. If you feel that a referee has been below the acceptable standard, mark the referee accordingly. Guidelines to referee scoring are available in the DJM Handbook that all Managers have. A score below 60 must be accompanied by a Low Marking Form available under 'Documents' in the 'About Us' Section, must be completed and passed to Dave or Kev and must be given to the League no later than 4 days after the match or your team will incur a fine.
The recognised procedure for signing a new player can be done by either of the two following methods....
1. TRANSFER
If the player you want to transfer to your team is already registered with another Club within the League, the first step is to issue that Club with a '7 Day Notice of Approach'. Just tell Dave the name of the player, age group and existing team and he will send the Notice. Once it has been accepted you can then talk to the player 8 days after it was sent. A DJM Transfer form should then be used to transfer the player and must be received by the DJM at least 48 hours before a match. It must also be countersigned by either Dave or Kev.
2. New Registration
If the player you wish to register is not currently with another Club, a New Registration Form must be used and be countersigned by the player, parent and also Dave or Kev. It must then be received by the League at least 7 days before a game.
